Does Bella Bloom Preserved rose needs water? 

No, Bella Bloom preserved rose do not need water or humidity to keeps shiny and beautiful. Avoid environment with humidity excess.  

Which payment way does Bella Bloom accept? 

We accept payment as follow: PAYPAL, CREDIT CARD   

How does Bella Bloom ship the order?  

We usually send by  DHL.

How is it possible to mail Eternity Roses?

 Since Eternity Roses are treated in a way that they do not require water, it is easy to mail the item without risking it being bad. We carefully pack the rose and will be sent the day after ordering.

I have Hay fever (Pollen Allergy), is my Bella Bloom preserved rose going to cause me symptoms?

No, due to our rose has been preserved, pollen is not anymore part of the rose.   

My Bella Bloom preserved rose has become brittle, why this happened?

This happens when the rose has been exposed to a dry environment, dry environments are caused by heaters or other heat radiation systems. Hot and dry wind dehydrates the preserved rose. 

What is Rainbow Roses?

Our forever rainbow roses are multicoloured rose is a real artificially coloured and preserved rose whose petals resemble a beautiful rainbow. We offer rainbow roses with classic, bright colours and rainbow roses in delicate, pastel shades available in a bright and pastel rainbow shade.

How long does my preserved rose will last?If you follow the instructions described in the question/answer list above, your rose will last up to 3 years and more.    

Does Bella Bloom preserved rose require special care? 

Cultivated at our dedicated rose farms, each perfectly grown natural rose is freshly cut then undergoes over 100 separate  stages of preservation which include cell fluid replacement, staining & drying all meticulously undertaken by hand taking two months to complete.

All special substance used in these procedures are non-toxic, non corrosive & non - carcinogenic complying to current health & environmental standards.

The Result - A truly stunning, perfectly shaped real rose with lasting vibrant colour requiring no special care or watering that will last for years.  

Caring for preserved roses is simple:

1. Avoid direct exposure to sunlight.
2. Keep your preserved roses in a room temperature environment.
3. Use a feather duster to remove any dust.
4. Preserved roses should not be in contact with water, steam or any other substance.
5. Avoid frequently touching as the oils from hands can wear the preserved petals.
6. Do NOT attempt to pull roses from the box - avoid frequent touching.

When I touch my preserved rose, the colour remains in my finger tips... is this normal? 

Yes, this may happen but no worries, dyes used are safe and non toxic, wash your hands properly and the dye will go away.      

Does my preserved rose contains toxic products? 

No, our roses has being processed with non toxic products.
