1. Damage.
Should you receive your Bella Bloom roses in a damaged condition, please email at least two decent, clear photos within 48hrs of receiving & upon examining and confirming the damage we will offer you a free replacement including postage. You will need to send back the damaged goods to our mailing address.
2. Delivery Problems.
In the unlikely event you do not receive your order within 2 days of the expected delivery date, simply contact us and we will quickly discuss with our couriers and upon proof of the non delivery we shall send a replacement free of charge.
3. Returns.
Due to the delicate and natural fragility of our preserved roses, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns with the exception of 1.) above.
4. Availability and Alternative Options.
If, due to demand, a particular rose/box colour is unavailable we shall swiftly contact you to offer the available stock options or expected delivery date to fulfil your specific requirements.
